Customers who commit to an annual purchase volume that qualifies for a higher pricing tier may be eligible to receive the corresponding tier pricing from the initial order, subject to execution of a commercial agreement. Annual meter pricing may be extended at a higher tier based on a written annual purchase commitment rather than past volume. Commitment-based pricing applies up front and is limited to meter kits only, not consumables. If the partner fails to meet the committed annual volume, pricing will be reconciled to standard wholesale (Tier 1), and the partner will be invoiced for the price delta on all meters purchased during the contract term.
